Bracelet Making Workshop

Date: Wednesday, July 10th

Location: Silver Bean Café, Millennium Park

Ashleigh and Jenna Warren will be teaching volunteers how to create Kool Klix bracelets! These unique bracelets are handmade from colorful parachute cord and are super-simple to create. Ashleigh & Jenna have had much success with their bracelets, raising funds for the Habitat for Humanity chapter in Lindsay.

We are seeking volunteers to attend the workshop and make bracelets! Bracelets will be sold at various events as a fundraiser for Habitat for Humanity Peterborough & District.

Students! This is a fun & easy way to collect your community involvement hours. Gather a group of friends together and spend the day making one-of-a-kind bracelets.

Birdhouse Paintinggirl birdhouse

Date: Tuesday, July 23rd

Location: Millennium Park

Are you an artistic youth who enjoys painting? Join us as we host a Birdhouse Painting day in the park. We are seeking creative volunteers to paint pre-built birdhouses. Decorated birdhouses will be featured as part of an online fundraising auction with proceeds supporting our upcoming Youth Build project.

Walmart Tag Days

tagdayDate: Friday, August 9th & Saturday, August 10th

Location: 1002 Chemong Rd & 950 Lansdowne Street

Sign-up to become a tag day volunteer! We need lots of volunteers to take collect donations from the public at Chemong & Lansdowne Walmart locations. Volunteers will be provided with a Habitat t-shirt and a bucket for collecting change. All volunteers are required to work a 2 hour shift. Sign-up with a friend!
